Our Turnkey Vacation Home Process
Step 1: Kickoff & Walkthrough (Onsite or Virtual)
We begin with a lifestyle conversation, photos, measurements and an aesthetic review so we understand how your family actually lives — not how Instagram thinks you live. Whether we’re meeting in Milford or flying in for an island walkthrough, the goal is the same : clarity, not chaos.
Step 2: Concept & Design Direction
Once your aesthetic is approved, we move into a full design concept: furnishings, finishes, textiles, color palette, flooring, and lighting. You’ll see future-state renderings so you know exactly where we’re heading — no guesswork.
Step 3: Presentation & Approvals
We present your full furnishings plan onsite (or face-to-face virtually for island clients) so you can review selections and make confident decisions quickly. Once approved, we establish a tentative timeline tailored to your travel schedule and builder needs.
Step 4: Procurement, Tracking & Storage
This is where we shine. We manage procurement, vendor communication, quality control, and customer service behind the scenes. Everything is received and inspected in our temperature-controlled warehouse until install day. No mystery packages, no missed delivery windows, no “where is my sofa?” panic.
Step 5: Installation & Final Styling
Once every piece has arrived and been inspected, we schedule your install day. Our team handles delivery, assembly, styling, and art placement — down to the last book and throw. You walk into a home that feels complete, elevated and fully livable from day one.
