New Construction & Renovations
Luxury results, zero mental load.
From your initial floor plans through delivery of furnishings we curate all the details so nothing gets overlooked.
We’ll collaborate with your GC and Architect to ensure the vision is moving forward and all moving forward. There are thousands of micro and macro decisions to be made during construction, the only one we can’t promise to complete is having dinner on the table.
But we can, however, offer a good recipe or two while creating a home that feels intentional from the foundation up. Sounds like a win win!
Full-Home Furnishings
Our Furnishings service begins with a kickoff meeting to align on budget, aesthetics, timeline, and how you want your home to feel. From there, we make every selection—from furniture and lighting to rugs, window treatments, art, and accessories—then present the full design so you can see how it all works together.
Once approved, we handle ordering, tracking, receiving, storage, damage claims, replacements, and the customer-service maze that comes with furnishing an entire home. That means you do not have to sit home from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. waiting for a delivery that never arrives, only to learn the next available date is during Johnny’s swim meet.
When everything is ready, we coordinate installation down to the final pillow, frame, and perfectly placed stack of books. The project ends with a true HGTV-style reveal, except this time the home of your dreams is not on television—it is your actual home.
1:1 Design Consult
You get direct access to a designer when you need clarity or a confident second opinion. Bring your floor plans, finish options, furniture ideas, contractor questions, or the decision you have been avoiding for three weeks. We will work through your priorities, identify what is not working and give you clear recommendations on the call you can act on immediately. You leave with a direction — not 47 open browser tabs and even more questions.

Our process is just as intentional as the homes we create. With clear communication, thoughtful planning, and careful attention to every detail, we handle the complexities so you can focus on the excitement of seeing your home come to life.

We start with a discovery call, where we really get to know you, your home, and your vision. We then get everything in place for a smooth project. You'll sign your agreement, complete a few onboarding details, and we'll gather the information we need before curating a thoughtful design plan.

We'll create a thoughtful design tailored to your home, selecting furnishings, materials, finishes, and layouts while managing every detail behind the scenes. You'll review the design, provide feedback, and we'll handle the coordination to keep everything moving forward. You will never be in the dark, we keep you well informed throughout.

Once your design is approved, we'll place orders, track shipments, coordinate deliveries, and manage any issues that arise. When everything has arrived, we'll oversee installation to ensure your home comes together beautifully.

What if I already have a contractor?

Wonderful — bring them along. We collaborate with existing contractor relationships all the time. We provide a complete specifications book so your builder has everything they need to bid and build accurately. The more organized the information, the smoother the project. They win, you win, we win. Sounds like a Dream Team to us!
How do you handle furniture storage & delivery?

Everything comes through our temperature-controlled warehouse first — received, inspected, repackaged and held until your install day is perfectly timed. We take care of all damages (they do happen) and reorder while you are enjoying your life. Then we arrive, place everything, style every room and hand you a finished space. It's the best part of the whole process, honestly.
Do you work outside of Connecticut?

Yes, and we love a good coastal project. We're based on the Connecticut Shoreline and regularly work throughout New England — Nantucket, Newport, Martha's Vineyard, and beyond. Second homes deserve to feel just as intentional as your primary, and we're here for it.
How does pricing work with an Interior Designer? Billed hourly or flat fee?

Flat fee — always. We scope the project upfront so you know exactly what you're investing before we begin. Predictable costs make for a way more enjoyable process, and we think you deserve to enjoy this.
